Gadfly is quite taken by the Library Thing idea. It has become a problem remembering what has been read, so that sometimes the fly gets a few chapters into a book brought home from the local public library, only to feel sparks of recognition stirring.

Really Simple Sage

Gadfly is keen on Sage as an RSS reader. It is a Firefox add-on and really is simple.

Gadblogs

Blogging about blogging - is that meta-blogging. I think so.
I don't think anyone has commented on any of my blogs. And I have not commented on any of the blogs in this exercise. So no interactivity to remark upon there.
However, Gadfly has, in other lives, blogged and commented on blogs, and found interest in the comments of others on Gadfly's own blogs or on other blogs.
This becomes convoluted, which is often an issue with the practice of meta-anything.

Today, Gadfly has landed in on Picasa territory, and put up some albums of a Gadfly offspring on her travels.
This is a very convenient way to share selected photos with others, without having to let everyone in on the Facebook pages.

Gadfly has touched down in Flickr-land. One photo uploaded - Whistler in the summer.

Take-off

This is the Gadfly's first flight. Hence, Take-off. Some new flighted creatures crash and burn on first take-off, but most, I think, crash through and soar to whatever heights their capabilities prescribe. Hopefully, so it will be for Gadfly.
